Program Platforms

To achieve our Vision, Day Leadership Academy offers specialized programs are categorized into the 5 leadership platforms. The leadership platforms are the heart of the organization and are implemented through in-person and virtual social activities, lunch and learn workshops, conferences, trainings and travel.

Education

Self-discovery & Introspection of Leadership Style, Hands-on STEAM Activities, Travel, Civic Leadership, Faith-based resources, and College & Career Preparation.

Signature Leadership of Excellence Program

The DLA Signature Leadership of Excellence Program is a two-year comprehensive initiative designed to cultivate the talents, skills, and leadership potential for black families and allies in grades 5th - 12th. It offers a unique blend of experiential learning, meaningful connections, and hands-on projects tailored to empower youth in various aspects of personal development, academic enrichment, and community engagement. Through this program, participants have the opportunity to explore their passions, build meaningful connections, and make a positive impact in their communities.
